PHILOSOPHY
Z-Fit IS functional fitness – a strength and conditioning program designed to enhance your competency in all physical tasks. Much of our program focuses on the major functional axis of the human body, your core, and emphasizes the extension and flexibility of the hips and trunk. A strong core is foundational to all other athletic needs, and impacts every aspect of your daily activity. We strive to blur the line between cardio and strength training as your daily environment has no regard for this distinction. Each daily workout incorporates aerobics, gymnastics and strength training to prepare you for any event life throws your way.
The evolution of CrossFit style training, we are focused on your safety. We take extra care in providing detailed instruction on technique and proper form to prevent injury. All of our dedicated instructors are CrossFit Level I Certificate holders who are committed to your well-being, and are focused on monitoring your individual progress as well as your recovery. We work hard and play hard, but our primary objective is to get you in the best shape of your life in a fun, yet safe environment.
FACILITY
We proudly feature top-of-the line Rogue equipment for our program, along with every apparatus you’ll need to challenge your body and achieve Total Body Fitness. Our heated and air-conditioned facility presents an ideal environment in which to master the broad array of exercises you’ll incorporate into your daily routine. Amenities also include full dressing rooms and showers.

GETTING STARTED
Getting Started with Z-Fit. The Z-Fit Fundamentals Class / On-Ramp
The Z-Fit Fundamentals Class will introduce our new members to the fundamental elements of this type of training and introduce the fundamental movements necessary to participate in our Z-FIt Group Classes.
To ensure personalized attention, these classes are limited to 5 people; 3 classes a week over a 2 week period. This course includes coaching, nutrition for fitness, functional movements, and will prepare anyone for regular Z-Fit training. There are numerous fundamental movements that must be mastered to ensure you avoid injury and receive the most benefits and results from our classes.
This 2 Week program is designed to:
- Introduce Z-Fit Principles, Methods, and Standards of Fitness
- Define “Total Fitness”
- Improve Everyday Movement Patterns and Define Functional Fitness
- Teach training methods that provide demonstrated results
- Empower people to reclaim their health and fitness by committing to the process
This 2 Week program includes:
- 3 Classes per week for 2 weeks
- Goal Setting and Accountability
- Measurable Results
- Nutrition for Fitness
Commitment:
This course requires commitment and regular attendance. We will expect full attendance of the 6 classes in order to then join the Z-Fit group classes.
